Job Description Join Our Team as an RRT Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialist - Your Expertise Makes a Difference! This role offers an engaging 12-hour shift schedule, with every weekend required, including Saturdays, Sundays, and two rotating weekdays. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes through advanced neuro diagnostics and respiratory therapy, making a real difference in people's lives. Required Skills: Current NBRC (RRT) credential and IN license Minimum of 18 months recent ICU experience, with at least 2 years total in the field Proficiency in neuro diagnostics and respiratory therapy procedures Certification in ACLS, BCLS, and RRT Ability to float between multiple facilities: Methodist, University, Fishers, Morgan Strong communication and teamwork skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in high-acuity ICU settings Familiarity with neuro diagnostics equipment and procedures Prior experience in sedation or neuro neurophysiology diagnostics Cross-training in additional respiratory or neuro modalities Preferred Education and Experience: Accredited program through CoARC and regionally accredited via CHEA At least 18 months of recent ICU experience in a critical care setting First-time travelers accepted with proper certification and experience Other Requirements: Weekend and rotating weekday shifts, with confirmation from the traveler regarding availability for every weekend Willingness to float between multiple hospital sites as needed Certification requirements include ACLS, BCLS, and RRT; additional travel and licensure reimbursements provided Prescreening confirmation required prior to submission Starting Pay Rate: $50.69/hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team Paid sick time in accordance with legal standards Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable Elevate your career by joining a team dedicated to excellence in patient care and professional growth.
