You will: Drive occupancy and strategic census growth Cultivate strong hospital and referral partnerships Lead local marketing initiatives Ensure a seamless, compassionate admissions experience Your work directly impacts resident care, team stability, and overall facility success. What You'll DoLead the Admissions ExperienceManage the full admissions process from initial inquiry to move-in Serve as the primary liaison for residents and families Ensure accurate documentation and compliance Track, analyze, and report census data Build & Strengthen Referral Networks Develop relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community partners Identify and pursue new referral opportunities Represent the facility at community and networking events Drive Marketing & Brand Awareness Create and execute local marketing strategies Coordinate community outreach events Manage online presence and reputation Collaborate with corporate leadership on branding and messaging Partner with Internal TeamsAlign census goals with operational leadership Provide referral updates and forecasting Ensure staff readiness for incoming residents What Success Looks LikeAchieving and exceeding occupancy goals Growing and sustaining referral partnerships Delivering exceptional family experiences Improving systems for efficiency and responsiveness Maintaining professional, timely communication across all stakeholders What We're Looking ForRequired: High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of customer service experience in healthcare Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Understanding of healthcare regulations and medical terminology Preferred: Degree in Healthcare Management, Medical Social Work, Marketing, or related field Active LPN license in the state of practice Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care admissions What We Offer We believe in supporting our leaders the same way they support our residents.
