Role: Senior ServiceNow-NowAssist Developer Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and ITAM, HRSD modules • Experienced in NowAssist and Gen AI, built Agentic AI flows and Agents using OOTB and custom agents • Experience in CMDB and Discovery, ability to identify the issues and standardize to build scalable architecture • bility to create architecture and solution diagrams for approval and implementation • Experience in creating user stories with functional and clear acceptable criteria • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform capabilities including mid-server, API integrations • Experience in managing onsite-offshore model and manage clients and offshore teams Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
