Are you ready to pave the way for your future? Join our dynamic team as a Senior Proposal Development Coordinator to support our Program Management & Disaster Services Group across the country. What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting the proposal development process to help secure new business. Writing, editing, and proofreading presentations, project descriptions, staff resumes, and marketing materials. Leading brainstorming and strategy development sessions with creativity and insight. Updating and maintaining our database of project descriptions, resumes, proposals, and qualifications. Collaborating with graphic designers on cover designs, layouts, and other visual elements. Preparing teams for client presentations and interviews. Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for our organization. Coordinating or participating in industry events and conferences to enhance brand recognition. Implementing winning strategies and effective project approaches. What You Need to Have: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, History, Marketing, or Journalism preferred. At least 5 years of proposal writing experience in response to RFPs/RFQs in the engineering sector. Strong aptitude for managing multiple proposals simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to write clearly and concisely with a keen attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented and self-motivated individual. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; graphic design skills and experience are a plus. Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Deltek is highly desirable. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening in compliance with federal regulations. Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR). Why Choose Volkert?
