TECHNOLOGY PROCESS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST WHAT OPPORTUNITIES AWAIT YOU? Join our dynamic team as a Technology Process Improvement Specialist, where you'll collaborate with various departments within Technology and Innovation (T&I). Your role will focus on assessing and refining processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Your efforts will be critical in achieving Cost Transformation objectives by enhancing transparency in budgeting, ensuring efficient management of expenditures, and showcasing value to business stakeholders. WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE ENTAIL? Documenting and refining business processes - 20% Coordinating within teams to gather data on current business processes, establishing baselines, and summarizing inefficiencies - 20% Analyzing collected data to diagnose root causes of inefficiencies, guiding the prioritization of process enhancements - 20% Creating and finalizing solutions aimed at addressing identified inefficiencies, focusing on sustainable improvements and process redesign - 20% Designing, refining, and implementing key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of solutions, including comprehensive management reporting - 15% Leading ad-hoc process analyses in response to evolving business needs - 5% WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU NEED TO THRIVE? Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience A minimum of 4 years in business process improvement Preferred Qualifications Experience within financial services is a plus Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly desirable WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $77,000 - $143,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and location. This position is also eligible for bonuses and/or commissions.
