Plant Production LaborerLocation: Greenfield, IN Work Schedule & PayIntegrity Trade Services is hiring a Plant Production Laborer for an immediate opportunity. Shift: 1st Shift Start time: 4:00 AM Hours: 40-55+ hours per weekOvertime: Regular overtime available Some weekends may be required Position Summary The Plant Production Laborer is a key member of the production team and is responsible for providing safe, quality, and efficient workmanship across all product lines. This role supports daily production activities and helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Maintain assigned work areas free of production debris, including concrete, wood, plastics, foam, tie wire, rebar, reinforcing materials, and general trash Clean forms and formwork as assigned Refill production materials and supplies Oil forms prior to concrete placement Assemble wood formwork Perform caulking as required Install and secure rebar reinforcement Assist with pouring and finishing wet concrete Skills & Qualifications Ability to use and read a measuring tape Ability to read basic blueprints Basic math skills Acceptable attendance history Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, climb, and work on elevated casting surfaces Ability to climb stairs and ladders and walk extended distances in an industrial environment Ability to work outdoors when required, including exposure to inclement weather, heat, humidity, and dust Interested?
