In this position, you will play a critical role in managing, retaining, and expanding our portfolio of high-value client relationships, including Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), and referral partners. Your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of partner development managers, advocating for our clients, and driving strategic solutions that align with revenue targets while ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your understanding of each client's unique business goals and processing needs will be vital in proposing tailored payment processing solutions. As a pivotal player in business growth, you will proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services, while also negotiating contract renewals to enhance our client offerings. Candidates should possess extensive experience in account management, sales, contract negotiations, or customer-facing roles within financial services, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field being strongly preferred. We are looking for a customer-centric individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a proven track record in leadership and project management, and a robust understanding of the payment processing industry. A revenue-focused mindset and the willingness to travel (less than 10%) are essential for success in this role. The Senior VP will maintain market expertise, monitor performance metrics and KPIs, and demonstrate outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing and resolving client concerns and escalations.
