This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in digital content creation, brand storytelling, and community engagement.In this role, you’ll support day-to-day marketing efforts including social media management, content creation, photography, and promotional materials. You’ll work closely with leadership to help build brand awareness and strengthen our presence in the local community.This is a part-time flexible position (no more than 25 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow as the company grows.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing day-to-day social media activity across platforms like Facebook and InstagramPlan, draft, and schedule engaging social content using tools such as Meta Business Suite or BufferCapture and organize photos of projects, team members, and eventsSupport the creation of graphics and visual content using Canva or similar platformsAssist in writing and editing content for email campaigns, blog posts, and website updatesHelp develop digital and print marketing materials (flyers, brochures, signage, etc.)Support event promotion and community engagement initiativesTrack basic analytics and help identify opportunities to improve engagement and reachContribute fresh ideas to marketing campaigns and brand storytelling effortsWhat We’re Looking For1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or a related fieldStrong written communication skills with attention to detailComfort using social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer)Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasksA positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learnBonus Points ForExperience with email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp)Basic photography skillsInterest in construction, remodeling, or the home improvement industryFamiliarity with SEO basics or website content updatesWhy Work With Us?At Integrity Roofing & Construction, you’ll be part of a close-knit, mission-driven team that values creativity, growth, and making a real impact in our community.
