Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA regional bank is looking for an experienced CRE loan closer. the ideal person will have banking experience and 3+ recent years of experience in a CRE loan closing position. You will draw up documents in LaserPro, work with third party vendors, conduct UCC searches and work in a small team environment. Knowledge of a variety of entities, reading leases AND SNDA's will help the transition into this position go more smoothly.
