Fiber Optic Installation Electricians - Travel & High Pay Available!United Trades of America is hiring Journeyman Electricians and Apprentices with fiber optic installation experience for work based in Huntsville, AL. This is a hands-on, outdoor job working on overhead utility lines with travel opportunities!Responsibilities: Install and lash fiber optic and coaxial cable on utility poles. Operate bucket trucks and derrick trucks safely. Perform cable terminations, splicing, and testing. Follow electrical safety standards, including roadway traffic control procedures. Qualifications: Fiber optic installation experience required. Bucket truck and pole climbing experience. Clean driving record (Class A CDL preferred). No felonies; must pass background check. Must have your own tools. Compensation: Pay based on experience: $25-$55/hour. Mandatory install production: 15k-22k feet per week. Per diem available for travelers. Apply Today!
