Your goal will be to ensure that every guest leaves O'Charley's delighted with their dining experience, punctuated by outstanding service and high standards. You’ll provide direction, training, and coaching to team members while embodying O'Charley's standards, policies, and procedures, along with our Vision of "A Passion to Serve" and our Mission of prioritizing our guests, colleagues, stakeholders, and communities. If you possess at least 2 years of restaurant management experience with a proven track record of achieving results and building successful teams, along with knowledge of operational procedures, we encourage you to apply!
