This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the onboarding experience for new hires, support continuous development for current staff, and collaborate on clinic-wide training initiatives — all while enjoying a healthy work-life balance and a hybrid schedule.ResponsibilitiesAs a Training Coordinator, you will: Provide initial onboarding and hands-on training to newly hired behavior techniciansDeliver ongoing skill development sessions to ensure quality and consistency in clinical servicesFacilitate parent trainings in collaboration with supervising BCBAsAssist in the design and delivery of monthly and quarterly staff training sessionsSupport quality assurance by observing sessions, offering feedback, and modeling best practicesCollaborate with clinical supervisors and leadership to identify and address staff training needsMaintain training records and track progress of staff developmentStay current on ABA best practices and ethical standards What We’re Looking For BCaBA Certification in good standingAt least 1 year of clinical experience in ABA, with a passion for mentoring and training othersStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCommitment to positive, professional collaborationExcellent organizational and documentation skillsComfortable presenting to small and large groups of staff and caregiversA growth mindset and enthusiasm for supporting a team culture of learning and excellence Why Join SEAS?
