Senior Cost Management Leader for Data Centers

Job Overview Join our team as a Senior Cost Management Leader for Data Centers, where your expertise in cost control, contract management, and risk assessment will drive our data center and critical infrastructure projects to success. In this role, you will work collaboratively with various teams to monitor expenses and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your skill set will be vital for managing project costs related to our data center construction and infrastructure initiatives. You will create and maintain accurate budgets, oversee cost estimation, and implement strategic cost control methods. We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in cost management and contract administration within this sector. Key Responsibilities Review and maintain project budgets and financial forecasts throughout the project lifecycle. Track and report on project spending, cash flow, and overall financial performance against approved budgets. Lead the contract administration process including procurement, change orders, and claims management. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent cost overruns and schedule delays. Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to align financial goals with project outcomes. Establish and uphold best practices for cost management and reporting processes. Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders. Support value engineering initiatives to optimize costs while ensuring quality and adherence to project specifications. Salary Range: The hiring range starts at $120,100 and goes up to $251,600 per annum. Bonus and equity opportunities may also be available.
