Weinstein Realty Consultants, based in York PA, currently seeks an appraiser (no report writing; consulting only) for the following responsibilities: Business development to increase corporate revenues from a new nationwide division for property tax assessments of hospitality real estate, i.e. hotels/motels; and, Liaison of valuation outsourcing for assessment appeals with appraisers and attorneys nationwide; and, Knowledge of tax assessment appeal rules, regulations and laws in all 50-states; and, Liaison responsibilities with attorneys and appraisers for Pennsylvania assessment appeals of industrial, commercial, and/or investment properties; and, Employer has served Pennsylvania for property tax assessment appeals of commercial, industrial and investment properties since 1982, with 100% success for 40+ years.  Commercial state certified appraiser
