Mobile IOS/Android Developer

Job Description Lincoln Financial is seeking an experienced Mobile iOS & Android Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with Swift/Objective-C for iOS development and Java/Kotlin for Android development. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through testing and continuous improvement. Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to maintain optimal user experience. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure Lincoln Financial's mobile applications remain competitive. Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and services into mobile applications. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in mobile application development for both iOS and Android platforms. Proficient in Swift and Objective-C for iOS development. Proficient in Java and Kotlin for Android development. Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices. Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration. Knowledge of the mobile development lifecycle, including deployment to the App Store and Google Play. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
