Your Role and Responsibilities In your role as a Senior Program Management Specialist, you will utilize your knowledge and experience to assist the Air Force Civil Engineers in effectively managing military infrastructure projects. Your duties will encompass overseeing Facility Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) programs, asset management strategies, and governance initiatives. You will be instrumental in relaying updates to leadership and stakeholders by facilitating meetings, conducting in-depth analyses, and crafting insightful recommendations along with necessary meeting materials. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Retired Air Force Civil Engineer Officer with at least 15 years of experience in large-scale government programs. Proven ability to interpret legislative directives, Department of Defense policies, and organizational frameworks to produce practical enhancements and solutions. Extensive experience in senior government program management, overseeing complex initiatives with numerous stakeholders. Comprehensive knowledge of Air Force Civil Engineer mission areas and operational priorities. Demonstrated skill in leading collaborative initiatives, aligning key stakeholders, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients and partners. Security Requirement An active DoD Security Secret Clearance is required and must be maintained. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Master's degree in engineering or related field, with substantial experience in managing facility and infrastructure requirements. Successful history of translating policy into project requirements, programming, and execution, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
