As a board member, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization. We're looking for candidates who are deeply committed to our mission and bring a diverse range of perspectives that reflect the communities we serve, including those from different races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and individuals with disabilities. Experience in leadership positions across sectors such as business, government, philanthropy, science, law, education, or nonprofit organizations is highly desirable. Ideal applicants will possess a philanthropic mindset and a strong alignment with our vision, along with a willingness to contribute financially and act as ambassadors for our cause. We value the ability to build relationships and foster consensus among diverse groups. Board members are required to attend regular meetings, both in-person and online, and actively engage in at least one board committee.
