Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Health | Part-Time, Per Visit? Indianapolis, IN ? Part-Time | Per-Visit Pay | Flexible SchedulePosition OverviewStaffing Care Pro is partnering with a home health client in the Indianapolis area to identify a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy services. This role is ideal for an SLP seeking flexibility, autonomy, and a manageable caseload with per-visit compensation.The Speech Therapist will evaluate, treat, and support patients in their homes, focusing on communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team. Compensation $50–$65 per visit (routine therapy visits) Higher per-visit rate for evaluations / start-of-care visits Per-visit pay structure (W-2) Key Responsibilities Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide skilled speech therapy services in the patient's home Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercises Complete timely and accurate documentation per agency and regulatory standards Communicate and collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians Follow all state, federal, and agency compliance guidelines Qualifications Active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology CCC-SLP preferred Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a home health setting Reliable transportation Preferred (Not Required) Prior home health experience Experience with adult and/or geriatric populations Why This Role Flexible part-time schedule Competitive per-visit pay Supportive staffing and clinical leadership Opportunity to build or supplement an existing caseload ?
