The Opportunity In the People Tech & AI team, you will lead the development and governance of innovative AI solutions that transform organizational workforce management. You will manage teams, shape the technical strategy, and guide clients in implementing secure and compliant AI solutions within HR ecosystems. Responsibilities Advise clients on secure and compliant AI implementations. Manage teams to ensure successful project execution. Develop leadership skills while mentoring team members. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals. What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 6 years' experience in backend engineering, conversational UI development, or enterprise application development. If lacking a Bachelor's Degree, demonstrate three years of specialized training or responsibility in technology for each missing year of higher education. What Sets You Apart Proven leadership in building effective AI teams. Ability to align AI strategy with people transformation initiatives. Expertise in scaling AI solutions across HR and workforce platforms. Knowledge of AI governance, security, and risk management. Experience with Python and cloud-native platforms. Ability to coach and develop team members successfully. Ownership of project planning and delivery for maximum client satisfaction. Contributions to People Tech & AI strategy and thought leadership. The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state, the salary range is $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
