Position Overview Role: Locum Tenens Wound Care PhysicianLocation: Batavia, OHSetting: Outpatient ClinicDates: 12/22/2025 - 3/31/2026Schedule: Weekdays (0800-1630, Monday-Friday)Rate: $250/hrMalpractice: Comprehensive coverageTravel & Lodging: Covered at no cost to youCredentialing: Temporary privileging possible What You'll Do Provide expert wound care management, including: Treating and preventing a wide range of wounds: acute, surgical, traumatic, diabetic, pressure, arterial, venous, burns, radiation injury, gangrene, pilonidal cysts, and more Managing draining wounds and fistulae Performing debridement, incision & drainage, skin grafting, bioengineered skin applications, negative-pressure therapy, Unna boot placement, and total contact casting Supervising Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Initiating preventive strategies to reduce pressure and vascular ulcers Educating patients and caregivers on wound care, dressing techniques, and ulcer prevention Utilizing Epic for documentation (outpatient volume: 15-30 patients/day) Requirements BLS Active OH License ACLS - Preferred (especially for HBOT) Why This Assignment Stands Out Competitive $250/hr compensation All travel and lodging fully covered Supportive environment with a smooth credentialing process High-impact outpatient wound care role with a manageable patient load Opportunity to practice advanced wound care techniques, including HBOT About Lancesoft IncLancesoft Inc is a trusted healthcare staffing agency specializing in both locum tenens and permanent placements.
