Field Repair Technician

M&M is seeking a skilled and reliable Field Technician to support our exterior construction and service operations. This role involves repairs, installations, and full replacements on residential projects, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while representing M&M professionally on every job site Responsibilities Perform repairs, callbacks, insulation work, and full exterior replacements with minimal supervisionInstall fascia, soffit, vinyl siding, James Hardie siding, shingles, gutters, and related materialsSafely and efficiently operate hand and power tools, including brakes and sawsLoad, manage, and verify materials for daily job assignmentsAccurately utilize company systems and processes, including Vertex, AccuLynx, and ProViaCollect customer payments when requiredAssist with warehouse operations as neededMaintain high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detailCommunicate clearly and effectively with the Service Superintendent, team members, and customersProvide professional, courteous customer interactions that build trust and confidenceFollow OSHA safety guidelines and maintain clean, safe, and organized job sitesDemonstrate reliability, punctuality, and leadership by example Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independentlyAbility to perform repeated bending, kneeling, climbing, and ladder workComfortable working at heights and on ladders and planksAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions Qualifications Valid driver's licenseMust speak English to communicate effectively with homeownersPrior experience in exterior construction or installation required   Why Join M&MAt M&M, we take pride in quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and doing right by our customers.
