Known for our quality craftsmanship, exceptional service, and strong safety culture, we are growing and seeking skilled, motivated individuals to join our team.Position OverviewWe are looking for a dependable Truck Driver to support daily operations by transporting materials, equipment, and supplies to job sites throughout Columbia and the surrounding areas. A CDL (Class A or B) is strongly preferred—however, qualified candidates without a CDL may be considered.Key Responsibilities Safely operate company trucks to deliver and pick up materials, tools, and equipmentLoad and unload items using proper lifting techniques and safety proceduresMaintain accurate delivery logs, paperwork, and documentationPerform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needsAssist warehouse or field crews as neededFollow all DOT regulations , company policies, and job-site safety standardsRepresent Walker White Mechanical with professionalism and strong customer service Qualifications Valid driver’s license required; CDL Class A or B preferredClean driving record; ability to pass MVR and background checksPrior experience operating flatbeds, box trucks, or similar vehicles a plusAbility to lift 50+ pounds and work in warehouse and outdoor job‑site conditionsReliable, hardworking, and detail-orientedKnowledge of construction or HVAC/mechanical materials a plus (not required) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experienceComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, and more)Paid time off and holidaysOpportunities for growth and advancementSupportive, team-focused work environmentTraining and development opportunities We are an EEOC employer.
