About the Role: We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Growth initiatives and maximize value realization across various segments of our product offerings. In this pivotal role, you will manage the entire user journey from trial acquisition to paid conversion and customer adoption on our Operations Cloud platform. This position requires you to cultivate a culture of experimentation within the organization while executing strategic initiatives to enhance conversions. Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy & Experimentation: Define and drive the vision and strategy for AI-driven growth products and services, focusing on trial-to-paid conversion and customer optimization. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a dedicated team of engineers and UX designers focused on growth initiatives and provide training to fellow PMs on growth best practices. User Experience & Conversion: Redesign trial experiences to create seamless user journeys and optimize product navigation for improved self-service adoption. Analytics & Performance: Develop analytics capabilities to track user behavior and implement A/B testing programs to boost key growth metrics. Qualifications: 7+ years of product management experience with a strong emphasis on growth products in PLG SaaS environments. Demonstrated success in optimizing conversion funnels and driving growth metrics within enterprise settings. Experience with A/B testing and growth analytics tools. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into enhanced user experiences. This role provides a unique opportunity to significantly impact PagerDuty's growth trajectory by enhancing user experiences, optimizing conversions, and fostering an experiment-driven culture within the organization. The base salary range for this position is 180,000 - 304,000 USD, with additional opportunities for bonuses, commissions, equity, and robust benefits. PagerDuty employs a hybrid work model with offices in major cities, including Atlanta, Lisbon, London, San Francisco, Santiago, Sydney, Tokyo, and Toronto.
