Job Summary: As a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in administering comprehensive HR policies and providing support for a wide range of HR activities. You will engage in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training, among other responsibilities, to foster a collaborative workplace environment at our Micro Fulfillment Center. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with Employee Relations to investigate and address employee concerns consistently and fairly. Partner with Operation Leaders to enhance the employee experience and foster a positive working environment. Frequent interaction with departments to cultivate relationships and encourage open communication and employee participation. Oversee performance evaluations to ensure fairness and consistency across the organization. Stay current on labor laws and integrate this knowledge into HR best practices. Support the implementation of HR programs and resources to optimize workplace effectiveness and engagement. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR departments to develop effective recruitment strategies that meet staffing needs. Manage HR data for efficient people processes including organizational chart management and workforce planning. Provide coaching to leaders at various levels to enhance engagement and develop a consistent team member experience. Work with HR Shared Services to ensure timely resolution of team member inquiries and accurate data management. Engage with business support teams to guide workforce planning and talent management strategies tailored to the marketplace. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of HR experience or a High School GED with at least 4 years of HR experience. Experience with talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and HRIS systems. Strong analytical skills and experience influencing positive outcomes in collaboration with business operations. Willingness to work flexible hours in a 24/7 operation. Ability to travel up to 10% for business needs. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, or related field with at least 3 years of HR experience. Experience in influencing HR strategy development. PHR certification preferred. Knowledge of labor and employment laws, including FMLA and OSHA. Experience counseling employees and coaching management. Proficient in facilitating training sessions.
