As the Lead Alarm Installation/Service Technician, you will travel to various locations and job sites and accurately install or repair security systems based on customer specifications and location restrictions. This can include safes, locks of all types, access control, CCTV, remotes, and more. The ideal candidate has experience with security installation or similar electronic products, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and an analytical way of thinking.ResponsibilitiesTravel to various locations and ascertain their specific needsTroubleshoot problems in security systems, and make repairs or replacementsInstall new security systems, including electronic locks, alarms, CCTVs, and moreMaintain appropriate equipment, and restock vehicles and supplies as neededMaintain excellent, accurate logs of work completed at all timeQualificationsMust have 3+ Years working in the Alarm IndustryStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong communication and listening skills
