Dietary Manager Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the dietary department, including planning, organizing, and directing food service operations Develop and implement menus, meal plans, and nutrition programs to meet the needs of our residents Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Supervise and train dietary staff, including cooks, servers, and wait staff Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of food, supplies, and equipment Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among staff Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional resident care Dietary Manager Requirements: Experience in healthcare food service management Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field (or equivalent experience) Current Food Handler's Certification Ability to lift, push, and pull up to [insert weight] pounds Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
