In this pivotal role, you will lead the management of our cutting-edge server and rack integration facility, dedicated to delivering top-notch product quality and exceeding customer expectations. This vital position encompasses all aspects of daily operations from assembly through shipping, while promoting initiatives for continuous improvement through lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. You will oversee department managers, foster a positive workplace culture, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and enhance throughput. The ideal candidate should have at least ten years of experience in electronics manufacturing or hardware integration, along with a solid understanding of server architecture and networking components. We are looking for a proven leader with a track record in managing high-mix, high-volume factory environments, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a strong expertise in ERP systems. Your dedication to safety standards, understanding of OSHA regulations, and expertise in implementing lean manufacturing or Six Sigma projects will be key to your success in this position. Additionally, experience working with hyperscaler clients, knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems, and familiarity with rack-level integration or burn-in testing environments will be highly valued.
