Your Role: As an experienced Supply Chain Strategy leader, you will guide Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Retail clients through complex, high-stakes supply chain challenges. You possess the ability to transform business strategies into actionable supply chain and technology plans and are enthusiastic about leading strategic projects. Your insights into distribution network design, fulfillment transformation, and the role of Manhattan Associates will be pivotal in your contributions. Key Responsibilities: Lead comprehensive supply chain strategy initiatives focused on distribution network optimization, fulfillment, and logistics strategies. Develop and execute technology-driven supply chain strategies with a particular emphasis on solutions from Manhattan Associates. Innovate distribution center concepts, factoring in capacity modeling, automation needs, service trade-offs, and future operational considerations. Guide clients in capital planning and investment strategies that align supply chain enhancements with business growth objectives. Assess supply chain and technology capabilities, identifying improvement areas, and outlining actionable transformation roadmaps. Serve as the Engagement Lead, managing client relationships, overseeing project governance, and ensuring exceptional quality of delivery. Play a vital role in business development by identifying opportunities, shaping deals, crafting proposals, and presenting to senior executives. Collaborate with Manhattan Associates and other Accenture partners to expand offerings, co-create solutions, and bolster market presence. Mentor emerging strategy talent, nurturing a high-performance, collaborative culture within the Supply Chain Strategy practice. Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years in supply chain strategy, consulting, or relevant industry roles, especially within CPG and Retail. At least 8 years of leading strategy-focused supply chain engagements in areas such as network strategy and fulfillment transformation. A minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging Manhattan Associates' solutions within contemporary supply chain contexts. Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with or selling Manhattan WMS, TMS, or Active solutions as part of strategic initiatives. Demonstrated success in engaging senior client stakeholders, including VP and C-suite executives. Experience with large-scale capital supply chain projects, particularly automation and distribution center investments. Strong commercial awareness with proven ability to identify and pursue consulting opportunities. Experience collaborating with software partners to deliver unique value propositions for clients. A passion for team development and contributing to thought leadership in supply chain strategy and fulfillment innovation. Travel Requirements: Travel may be required for essential client-related activities, adhering to current health and safety guidelines. Salary Information: Compensation at Accenture varies based on factors such as specific office location, role, skills, and experience.
