Essential Functions StatementPerforms janitorial services including but not limited to: cleaning floors, windows, picking up and disposing of trash, dusting furniture, cleaning and stocking bathroom, vacuuming offices, sweeping various areas, and cleaning carpets when needed.Maintains an inventory of cleaning supplies. Gather and empty trash.Understands the use of Material Safety Data Sheets. Politely answers customer questions.Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.Follow procedures for the use of cleaners and equipment, in order to maintain safety in the warehouse.Notify manager concerning the need for repairs or additions to the warehouse .On weekly basis notifies management of additional supplies or equipment that are needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.Sweeps and pick up trash from the parking lot and perimeter of the facility .Other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation: High School diploma or GED preferred.Experience: A minimum of one year of related experience in cleaning. Experience in working in a warehouse preferred.
