About Our Client The Assistant Project Manager will support project leadership in coordinating all aspects of preconstruction, construction, and project closeout activities. This role is ideal for a detailoriented emerging professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment and wants handson experience delivering projects for clients across complex market sectors. Job Description Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation throughout all phases of construction. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure project milestones are met. Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs for accuracy and completeness. Support project controls including change orders, cost tracking, procurement, and reporting. Participate in jobsite meetings, progress walks, safety audits, and compliance reviews. Maintain daily logs, project documentation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Leverage technology such as BIM, project management software, and digital collaboration tools to enhance project efficiency. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in commercial construction preferred Strong communication, organization, and problemsolving skills Familiarity with construction documentation, submittals, RFIs, and scheduling Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, superintendents, and design partners Experience with construction software and digital tools (e.g., BIM platforms, project management systems) is a plus What's on Offer Competitive compensation ranging from $77,000 to $105,000 USD annually.
