Join Our Innovative Team as a Senior Product Manager - AI Analytics Solutions! We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager with expertise in AI applications for analytics. In this pivotal role, you will partner with instructional designers, curriculum developers, and production teams to create exceptional educational content, including webinars, workshops, self-directed training modules, and interactive Q&A sessions for Oracle Analytics users. Your audience will consist of end-users, professional analysts, and implementers. As a subject matter expert (SME) with excellent technical skills, you will ensure the accuracy of training materials and video content, conduct engaging demonstrations, and facilitate meaningful Q&A sessions. Your aim will be to empower customers to thrive with Oracle's AI platform and its functionalities in data processing, analytical modeling, and data visualization. Familiarity with key areas is crucial: Data Lakehouse platforms: Databricks, Apache Delta Lake / Iceberg, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, etc. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc. Agent Frameworks/Orchestration: LangChain Agents, OpenAI Function Calling, etc. Generative AI platforms: OpenAI Playground, Google AI Studio, IBM Watson Studio, etc. LLMs and Multimodal AI design/evaluation: MLflow, Arize AI, etc. ASR and NLP solutions: OpenAI Whisper, IBM Watson Speech to Text, etc. Prompt Engineering platforms: PromptLayer, LangSmith, etc. Comparison of major AI providers: Oracle AI, AWS AI, Azure AI, etc. Real-world AI applications: natural language data query, chatbots, predictive analytics, video transcription, recommendation systems, etc. Your expertise will enhance user competency and lead to superior implementations. By producing high-quality, engaging content, you will significantly increase customer adoption and satisfaction. Success in this role requires a deep empathy for our audience, a clear understanding of their needs, and a dedication to creating relevant scenarios that respect their time. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert on AI tools and services within Oracle Analytics, ensuring effective communication and demonstrations of features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, showcasing strong project management and communication skills. Develop practical use cases demonstrating the value of agentic AI for customers. Guide technical SME evaluations, assisting instructional design in prioritizing content needs; act as the primary technical reviewer for training materials and videos. Deliver technical training sessions both in-person and online; confidently handle live Q&A interactions. Conduct thorough technical reviews and provide constructive feedback while coordinating with technical stakeholders for external content assessments. Continuously gather and integrate customer feedback on AI features and educational resources to enhance training materials. Manage interactions with multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear communication through regular meetings and updates. Understand and apply RACI principles effectively in project management. Communicate the needs of enablement projects to internal stakeholders, including product owners and engineering teams. Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this role is $82,500 to $199,500 per year, with opportunities for bonuses and equity.
