Production Worker - Machine Operator (Mechanical Experience Required) Location: Clinton, PA 15026 Schedule: Rotating Shifts, Monday-Friday 7:00 AM -7:00PM then 7:00PM to 7:00AM Job Type: Full-Time | Rotating Shifts | Competitive Pay | Hands-On Manufacturing Role Join a growing industrial manufacturing team where mechanical aptitude and machine operation experience are essential. We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Production Workers who are comfortable working rotating shifts and have the mechanical skills needed to support continuous production. Key Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and adjust industrial machines used in paper bag production Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting, setup adjustments, and minor repairs Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency (folding, gluing, printing) Stack, sort, and label completed products for storage or shipment Load and unload materials and assist with raw material handling Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment Accurately follow production orders and track inventory as required Required Qualifications: Mechanical or machine operation experience is required High School Diploma or GED Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, kneeling, and repetitive motion Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be willing to work rotating shifts, with occasional overtime and weekends as needed Why Work With Us?
