Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases and data warehousing concepts. Collaborate with business users to refine and document report requirements. Translate business needs into clear, testable technical specifications for Cognos development. Maintain detailed documentation on report logic and data sources. Quickly onboard to new projects and manage deliverables with minimal supervision. Familiarity with performance tuning of Cognos reports and queries. Knowledge/experience of Cognos row level security.
