Regional Coach The Regional Coach (RC) provides essential leadership and hands-on supervision of approximately 5-10 Taco Bell restaurants, playing a pivotal role in helping each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) exceed their Annual Operating Plan. This position focuses primarily on supporting the RGMs in achieving operational excellence. The RC achieves these objectives by actively mentoring RGMs and Assistant General Managers (AGMs) daily. Key responsibilities include setting and reviewing performance targets that enhance guest service, improve margins, and boost employee satisfaction. The RC will uphold company standards concerning food safety, product, and facility specifications while managing a limited capital budget to address urgent facility needs. This role also involves the introduction and reinforcement of new company products and initiatives, as well as selecting, training, and motivating managerial staff. Key Responsibilities: Mentor RGMs for long-term success. Ensure customers receive a consistent and enjoyable experience in our restaurants. Priority #1: Develop Strong Management Teams Exemplify the How We Work Together Principles. Recruit top talent for RGMs, Assistant General Managers, and Shift Managers.
