As a key member of our global Marketing & Communications team, we are expanding our capabilities in event management and partner engagement to drive growth, demand generation, and enhance our brand visibility, particularly in North America and key global exhibitions. We are excited to invite applications for the role of Events Project and Partner Engagement Lead. In this dynamic position, you will spearhead the planning, execution, and analysis of AGFA HealthCare's major global exhibitions and select regional events throughout the United States. Additionally, you will serve as a vital liaison for industry partnerships and memberships. This role integrates practical event project management, campaign execution, alignment with sales, and partner engagement, ensuring our events yield measurable business outcomes and provide a consistent, high-quality brand experience. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Execution: Lead comprehensive project management for various exhibitions, handling booth logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and successful on-site execution. Oversee AGFA HealthCare's participation in major global exhibitions (e.g., RSNA, HIMSS, ECR) as well as multiple regional events across the United States. Ensure consistent brand representation through thoughtful booth design, messaging, and marketing materials. Manage logistical requirements and deadlines for transportation, electricity, shipping, and other essentials. Sales Enablement & Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales teams on pre-event marketing, on-site engagement strategies, and post-event follow-ups. Provide tailored event materials, insights, and recommendations to aid in lead generation and conversion into sales. Ensure events align tightly with sales objectives and target accounts. Industry & Partner Engagement: Act as the primary contact for selected industry organizations and partners. Manage and enhance AGFA HealthCare's memberships, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities (e.g., HIMSS, RSNA, CHIME, SIIM). Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners to maximize visibility and value. Your Impact: Enhance AGFA HealthCare's brand presence through well-orchestrated, high-impact events. Drive quality demand generation and improved sales results through effective sales alignment. Maximize the value of industry partnerships and sponsorships. Contribute to a professional, cohesive, and distinct AGFA HealthCare presence on the global event stage. Qualifications: Proven experience in event marketing, exhibition management, or integrated marketing programs, ideally within healthcare, health IT, or B2B technology. Outstanding project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience collaborating with sales teams and understanding the importance of events in lead generation. Proficient in utilizing marketing tools and platforms for registration, lead capture, and campaign execution. Analytical ability to track performance metrics and calculate return on investment (ROI). Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working within a global, matrixed organization. Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally for on-site event management, including setup, attendance during show hours, and breakdown.
