IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist (Junior-Mid Level) We're looking for a junior-mid level IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist to support day-to-day IT operations and help maintain a secure, reliable, and high-performing technology environment. Responsibilities Assist with daily IT operations, including system checks, troubleshooting, and following established IT policies and procedures. Support infrastructure components such as networks, servers, storage, telephony systems, and hyperconverged environments. Help maintain datacenter tasks including backups, recovery processes, hardware monitoring, and coordinating with vendors when needed. Provide support for Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and user/application access requests. Contribute to end-user support, helping resolve technical issues and maintaining documented service processes. Assist in basic cybersecurity tasks such as patching, monitoring alerts, and following SOC1/SOC2 compliance guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams on IT projects, system upgrades, and performance improvements. Requirements 1-3+ years of hands-on IT systems, infrastructure, or helpdesk/support experience. Basic to intermediate knowledge of VMware, backup systems, hyperconverged platforms, and Microsoft 365 administration. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, compliance standards, and IT best practices. Bachelor's degree or relevant technical training preferred; IT certifications (A+, Network+, Microsoft, VMware, etc.) are a plus. Salary: $80k - 90k Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
