We are currently seeking an Associate Director of AI Solutions Engineering to join our Digital Nexus Technology organization. This role offers a hybrid work opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Lead a skilled team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI applications, utilizing .NET Core, C#, Python, and modern frameworks. Define the technical vision and roadmap while actively engaging in technology initiatives and integrating solutions with Azure, Google Cloud, and enterprise systems. Oversee the development of agents that interact with APIs and other applications, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration with architects to create solution designs and technical documentation. Establish standards and maintain code quality through rigorous reviews and automated testing, while promoting DevOps and MLOps best practices. Research and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions and architectures, presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Lead troubleshooting efforts for operational issues and optimize performance. Uphold KPMG's commitment to a professional and respectful work environment with integrity and accountability. Qualifications: A minimum of eight years of technology experience, with at least five years in leadership roles within engineering teams and over two years specifically in implementing AI platforms/solutions to solve business challenges, along with hands-on experience in Python and AI services (Azure or Google). A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; however, a high school diploma or GED is required. Experience in full-stack development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, C#, and TypeScript. Strong knowledge of Azure AI stack, AKS, API development, and best practices in DevOps. Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, BASH, YAML) and expertise in automation testing.
