Systems Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Architect to design, develop, and support advanced RSA Archer solutions in a dynamic, multi-environment enterprise setting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in RSA Archer platform development, workflow configuration, and production environment administration, as well as a solid understanding of compliance and risk management frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy complex RSA Archer solutions and components in alignment with business and compliance requirements. Support and maintain RSA Archer in multi-environment configurations, acting as an Application Administrator. Develop and configure Advanced Workflows, Dashboards, Data Feeds, iViews, Reports, and custom Use Cases within the RSA Archer platform. Participate in and contribute to all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Ensure platform stability and security, and provide ongoing enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer design, development, and deployment. Proven background in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices. Experience managing and supporting a production RSA Archer environment in an enterprise setting. Proficiency in developing and implementing Archer-specific components such as Advanced Workflows, Dashboards, and Reports. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, OR an equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of technical writing or development experience. Required Certifications: RSA Archer Certified Associate and RSA Archer Certified Professional Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Healthcare regulations and HIPAA compliance requirements. 5+ years of experience in information security, compliance, or risk management roles.
