If interested in this Medical Device Assembler / Quality Inspector position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman | | text 5867107970 MEDICAL DEVICE ASSEMBLER / QUALITY INSPECTOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: yyyy – 100% On-site Payrate: $17/hr Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM MEDICAL DEVICE ASSEMBLER / QUALITY INSPECTOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Medical Device Assembler / Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting manufactured products to ensure they meet strict quality standards. This role involves using small hand tools, specialized machinery, and digital microscopes to evaluate product functionality. You will work within a controlled environment, following rigorous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates MEDICAL DEVICE ASSEMBLER / QUALITY INSPECTOR | RESPONSIBILITIES: Quality Inspection: Verify that all products comply with established quality and safety guidelines. Microscopic Evaluation: Examine intricate components under a digital microscope to confirm functionality. Technical Assembly: Use small tools and machines to open products for internal inspection and assist in the fabrication, testing, and packaging of devices. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspection results and communicate findings to supervisors. Compliance: Strictly adhere to SOPs, safety protocols, and quality regulations at all times. MEDICAL DEVICE ASSEMBLER / QUALITY INSPECTOR | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Previous experience in medical device manufacturing is required. Ability to use basic measurement tools and microscopes; basic math skills for calculations. Must be able to read, write, and interpret specifications in English. Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 30 lbs) and stand/sit for extended periods.
