As part of the Workday Human Capital team, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic consulting for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. In this position, you will assess client requirements, implement HCM software, and ensure clients maximize their investment in Workday. Your efforts will focus on optimizing HR processes and enhancing talent management to align with clients' strategic goals. In your leadership role, your ability to inspire and motivate your team will be vital in delivering exceptional quality. You will coach team members, leverage their unique strengths, and manage performance to surpass client expectations. Your growing understanding of business dynamics will allow you to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Leadership with integrity and authenticity, along with a commitment to technology and innovation, will elevate our service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and identify linkages within the entire system to ensure efficient project execution. Take ownership of projects to guarantee successful planning, budgeting, and completion. Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations. Drive client engagement workstreams to achieve and exceed project goals. Utilize innovative approaches to continuously enhance project outcomes. Mentor and develop team members effectively. Address conflicts or challenges through constructive discussions with clients and team members. Maintain high professional standards while upholding the Firm's code of conduct and technical guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 6 years of Workday product experience. Workday Pro certification(s). Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in fields such as Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Computer Science. Workday Services functional certification(s) in Payroll, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Data Loading/Conversions, or Engagement Management. Proven experience leading multiple successful Workday implementations. Excellent skills in gathering business requirements through workshops. Experience managing touchpoints with various Workday functional modules. Able to build and maintain strong client relationships. Effective in coaching and mentoring junior staff. Skillful in preparing polished and concise project deliverables. Flexible in managing project economics. We value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer. The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000, based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
