We are NOW HIRING a Maintenance Tech who knows their way around tools and machines. What You Need: High school diploma/GED or trade certification preferred 2-5 years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related trades Prior experience in facility maintenance, construction, landscaping, or janitorial services is highly preferred Valid driver's license withclean driving record Ability to read and follow safety procedures, manuals, and work orders Ability to operate mobile devices, work order systems, and basic computer software (Microsoft Office, database tools) Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple building systems Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, and crawling Daily local travel required How the Day Goes: Complete preventive maintenance and corrective repairs according to work orders Perform minor plumbing tasks (unclog drains, repair leaks, replace fixtures) Complete routine carpentry and painting tasks (patch drywall, match paint, small repairs) Conduct minor electrical repairs allowed by state law (replace outlets, switches, lighting components) Perform HVAC, equipment, and building system checks as needed Conduct site and asset inspections Use a tablet/smartphone to complete work orders, log notes, upload photos, and submit reports Maintain tools, obtain materials, and track expenses Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction Attend required safety training and follow OSHA and company safety standards Provide estimates for larger repairs or projects Support additional tasks as assigned What You Get (Employee Benefits Offered by Our Client) Company van, tools, and equipment provided Consistent part-time schedule Independent work with strong team support Opportunity to use a wide range of trade skills Stable commercial client base "The people were great and coming to work felt amazing everyday.
