As a Float Pool RN, you will provide exceptional nursing care across multiple departments, ensuring high-quality patient care and support throughout the hospital. Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Provide direct patient care in various departments, including the Medical-Surgical, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Emergency Department, and others as needed. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and record patient vital signs and health information. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Candidate requirements Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. 2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting. BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Experience in multiple clinical areas (e.g., Medical-Surgical, ICU, Emergency) preferred. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
