Your Responsibilities as a Speech Pathologist: Evaluate and assess patients to develop personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation. Identify challenges and adjust treatment strategies as needed. Document and track patient progress, performance, and response to therapy. Celebrate each patient's achievements, no matter how small. Qualifications: Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations. Successful completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification required or needs to be completed within 30 days of hire. Preferred: Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience.
