The Cvent Event Technology Specialist is a dynamic, client-focused expert in Cvent event technology, responsible for creating and leading exceptional Cvent registration experiences while managing attendee data and communications. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and confident in client interactions. You will leverage technology to enhance workflows and develop registration systems that ensure a superior attendee experience while maintaining operational excellence. Upholding all client compliance, branding, data quality, and communication standards is crucial. What You'll Do: Act as a trusted advisor on Cvent site configuration, architecture, attendee pathways, and data management strategies. Lead discussions to pinpoint event goals and propose optimal solutions. Provide clear and confident guidance to stakeholders by explaining technical configurations and their impacts. Create innovative, scalable Cvent solutions for complex setups, VIP workflows, and unique registration needs. Design and build complete Cvent registration sites, ensuring excellent user experience, accurate data capture, and alignment with client standards. Configure advanced functionalities, including housing, air pages, sessions, and communication workflows tailored to the event's requirements while ensuring compliance with testing, content, branding, and data privacy standards. Manage communications within designated event inboxes, using protocols, templates, and organizational tools to promptly and professionally respond to attendee inquiries. Build, test, and customize all Cvent communications to align with client guidelines. Establish and communicate clear timelines, results, and next steps to maintain the momentum of site builds, coordinating content collection, testing cycles, and launch milestones effectively while managing multiple events at various lifecycle stages. Independently troubleshoot platform issues using internal resources, client tools, and Cvent support, proactively addressing potential bugs and anticipating stakeholder and attendee needs before challenges arise. What We're Looking For: Experience with Cvent integrations (such as Marketo, mobile applications, check-in, or scheduling tools). A proven track record of coaching and sharing knowledge on Cvent features with colleagues. Experience in managing programs involving complex arrangements, such as multi-hotel or VIP-heavy events. Cvent certification(s) are a plus. A deep understanding of event technology, particularly Cvent (registration, housing, advanced rules, reporting), with the ability to design scalable solutions that prioritize both attendee experience and operational accuracy. Ability to translate event objectives into effective solutions while delivering high-level guidance and technical recommendations confidently. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent events with precision in data accuracy, rooming lists, and billing records. Problem-solving skills that enable proactive troubleshooting and quick decision-making under pressure with minimal oversight. Expertise in workflow optimization and effective communication, utilizing technology to streamline processes and manage high-volume communications with professionalism. Location United States The US national base salary range for this position is from $60,200.00 to $111,800.00. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the specific responsibilities of the role and the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, rewarding individual and/or company performance.
