In this role, you will spearhead the delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs. You will manage, develop, and coach your teams to ensure exceptional quality in all deliverables while also managing significant client accounts and driving engagement initiatives. What You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree 5 years of relevant experience What Sets You Apart: Master's Degree preferred Salesforce.com certifications such as Certified Administrator, Developer, or Sales/Service Consultant Extensive experience with the Salesforce platform Competence in defining scalable technical architecture Experience in managing third-party system integrations Ability to produce high-quality deliverables in fast-paced settings Skillful collaboration across diverse teams Understanding of enterprise application integration Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
