Job Description: Role Summary/Purpose: We are excited to invite a highly skilled Technical Lead specializing in Oracle ERP Cloud to guide our implementation and support team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the architecture, design, integration, and technical delivery of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions while also providing day-to-day system support. As part of our collaborative environment, you will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and IT teams to facilitate successful ERP deployments that align with business objectives and technical standards. Occasionally, you may need to commute to the nearest office for in-person activities such as team meetings and training. Essential Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry standards. Manage the full technical lifecycle—configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a diverse team of onshore and offshore developers and consultants. Develop and maintain Oracle Cloud Technical Architecture with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. Design and implement integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud modules and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technology. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop effective solutions. Establish and uphold technical standards, documentation, and governance policies. Collaborate with functional leads to translate business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications. Engage with Oracle support and vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements. Stay current with Oracle ERP Cloud updates and emerging technologies. Drive root cause analysis to ensure high system availability and meet business objectives. Identify opportunities for system improvements and innovations. Build cohesive teams, motivate resources, and maintain critical skill sets. Fulfill other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage. At least 10 years of experience as a technical consultant or developer focused on Oracle ERP Cloud, with additional experience in Oracle EBS. Strong expertise in Oracle ERP areas including Financials, Procurement, and HCM, with preference given to those with ERP Cloud experience. Proficient in standard Oracle functionalities, REST/SOAP web services, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle Integration Cloud. Hands-on experience with Oracle PaaS services, BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL, Application Framework, and Java is highly desirable. Experience in leading technical teams and managing comprehensive ERP implementations. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Oracle certifications related to Oracle ERP are advantageous. Willingness and flexibility to travel for business as required. Desired Characteristics: Experience with Agile methodologies. Familiarity with Cloud migration strategies and post-implementation support. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Grade/Level: 12 The salary range for this position is 135,000.00 - 230,000.00 USD annually, including potential for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation will be commensurate with work experience and skills. Eligibility Requirements: You must be 18 years or older. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent. You must be willing to take a drug test, undergo a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process. You must meet the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. New hires must fulfill a specific length of continuous service with the company before being eligible for other roles, which varies by level.
