A specialized opportunity is available for a skilled MRI technologist with a minimum of one year of experience to support advanced imaging services in a well-regarded acute care teaching hospital setting. This contract position focuses on overnight shifts with a schedule designed for those who prefer nighttime work and flexibility within defined hours. Key Qualifications and Experience: Certification: ARRT-Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT-R) and Basic Life Support (BLS) required Minimum of one year MRI experience; first-timers with certifications are welcome Proficient in MRI procedures involving abdomen, pelvis, chest, head and neck, musculoskeletal, and spine imaging Skilled with Siemens MRI equipment and PACS imaging systems Knowledge of specialized MRI techniques such as diffusion imaging, MRA/MRV, MRCP, MIP, and post-processing methods Experience in adult acute care settings including ICU, ER, trauma environments Competent in isolation precautions, intravenous contrast administration, radiation safety, and peripheral IV starts Active medical license valid at the start of assignment required Location Insight: Located in Lakeville, MN, this position offers access to a vibrant community that blends suburban comfort with proximity to metropolitan amenities. The hospital, a level 3 trauma teaching center with over 300 staffed beds, provides a dynamic clinical environment supported by modern technology and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
