Our engineering team is seeking a Director of Software Development to enhance and build innovative capabilities in our Identity services, which support OCI and our diverse customer base. In this role, you will lead and manage a dynamic software engineering organization, spearheading crucial initiatives and strategic roadmaps while delivering essential projects with short, medium, and long-term objectives. Your leadership will guide technical leaders and executives, fostering collaboration across different teams to achieve significant goals. As a Director, you will oversee teams of software engineers and managers dedicated to designing and developing major components of our access data plane services. You will provide technical leadership to ensure the development of high-quality software, focusing on simplicity and scalability. You will thrive in a collaborative, agile environment and embrace learning as a key driver of success. This position involves close collaboration with product management to define product strategies that result in scalable and reliable solutions vital for our customers' mission-critical production workloads. Key Responsibilities: 15+ years of software engineering experience. 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams and managers. Familiarity with Identity and Access Management is an advantage.
