Outbound Supply Chain Process Leader

THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: As the Outbound Supply Chain Process Leader, you will serve as a crucial expert in our distribution operations, collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance product flow and implement strategic initiatives. You will lead efforts to develop new capabilities within the Supply Chain while ensuring effective operations across various departments. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Strategically partnering with enterprise leaders to plan business applications and optimize processes. Providing training and documentation to support distribution and supply chain projects. Conducting cost analysis and project design considerations. Collaborating with cross-functional leaders on performance metrics and reporting. Offering daily operational support to enhance distribution leadership. Identifying common issues and implementing lean principles to overcome project challenges. Coordinating User Acceptance Testing and Operational Readiness Testing for new IT logistics initiatives. Managing project execution to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Mentoring and developing enterprise leaders in business processes and policies. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Overseeing outbound operations to ensure efficient product flow with high quality. Educating the distribution network on strategies to achieve service level agreements. Providing analytical support for various projects. Leading holiday planning for outbound and replenishment processes. THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: Bachelor's degree preferred. 2-5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing multiple projects. Strong proficiency in SAP, Manhattan, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations. Effective communication skills, able to influence diverse audiences. Experience with multi-location teams. Strong understanding of warehousing and distribution concepts. Willingness to work extended hours as needed. Ability to travel as required. WORKING CONDITIONS: Primarily an office environment (75%) with some time in a distribution center (25%). Annual travel is approximately 25%. Capability to observe for extended periods, standing and walking. The pay range for this position is $77,600.00 - $88,100.00 per year, with opportunities for eligible associates to earn additional compensation through the company's bonus plan.
