Ensure corporate governance, compliance with Oracle's policies, and operational integrity of Oracle legal entities. Hold fiduciary responsibility for audits of statutory financial statements according to Local GAAP. Requirements: Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is highly preferred. An MBA in Accounting or Finance is a plus. Experience: Prior experience at a Big 4 or large regional CPA firm is strongly preferred. Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or controllership. Experience working for a public company is essential. Technical Skills: Knowledge of US-GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, local compliance, internal controls, and audits. Strong understanding of ASC842 and IFRS16. Ability to review lease contracts and assess lease classification. Advanced MS Excel skills with experience in financial reporting. Familiarity with Oracle applications and data analytical tools is preferred. Soft Skills: A keen curiosity and pursuit of excellence. Strong analytical abilities. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively across varied teams. Proven capability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: As a member of the finance division, you will contribute to various accounting functions including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and inter-company transactions. Your role includes preparing journal entries, conducting account reconciliations, and producing financial reports (profit and loss, income, and balance sheets) to support management's decision-making. Ensure compliance for all journal entries with audit standards and participate in ongoing development and refinement of internal processes. You may also be involved in special projects.
